» What is TOPCAMS?
TOPCAMS is a live chat site, where you can see live video, chat online and see photo archives. TOPCAMS is based on Amateurs from the entire world. Yes. All Chathosts are 100% Live. We don't have any pre-recorded videos or something. You can click on 'Who's live' in the menu to see a list of all available Chathosts who are currently online. If you have any questions about that, ask the Chathost to hold up their hand or touch their nose to prove that it's 100% live. Some chats will also have audio with their video so ask the Chathost to say something for you special so that you will know it's 100% live.
» Is this really Free?
Yes. You can chat with all our Chathosts for free. Only 'Private Shows' are not free. There is no monthly fee and you will not be charged unless you decide to buy credits. Of course when you run out of credits you will have to buy new ones if you want to continue visiting the Private shows. But it is up to you when or if you want to buy those credits.

Your privacy is safe with us. Any information given to us is strictly confidential. No one will have access to your information, besides the trained staff of TOPCAMS. Safety and security of your information is our primary concern. We will never sell or distribute any of your information to any outside parties.
Be advised that we will never come into a chat room and ask for anything like credit card information or password and username information so NEVER give it out. Also there is no need to ever give any of that information out to a Chathost. They don\'t know any of your information as we keep it all in our confidential files. We will never email you for any of this information. If there is a problem with your account we will always have you contact us personally.

» Why do you ask for my Credit Card info when creating a Free account?
We do this to keep both minors and users that create multiple accounts out of our system. We will NOT charge your Credit Card for the free cam membership.

» Do you put me on Mailing Lists?
You will never end up on a mailing list of any of our Chathosts unless you put yourself on one. Remember that everything goes through our server, so anything that is sent to the Chathost does not contain your email address.
How It Works
» How does the video chat work?
The performer has a camera set up on their end. When you log into the chat, you can see what the performer is doing in real time. To view the chat, you need to have the Flash plug-in for your browser. This is a simple browser plug-in. If you don't have it, it should be easy to set up. If you do have it, it should provide flawless video streaming.
At the same time as you can see the performer, you can type chat back and forth with her or him. Some performers will have a microphone set up to do audio, so they can talk to you!
» How do I talk to the performer?
When you enter a performer's live session, you will see one box for video, and a second large chat box with a small box at the bottom or typing your message. To talk to the performer, type into the small box, then hit the "Send" button or your enter key to send the message. Your message will appear in the chat box. When the performer replies to you, you'll see what she or he said in that box as well.
You may target or “whisper” your chat to any other participant by clicking can also participate and then typing your message. When you “whisper” no one else in the room can see your messages.
» Are there things not allowed?
A few things are not allowed but the Chathost will most likely tell you if needed. The 4 most important things that are not allowed are:
- Don't try to get in contact with our Chathosts in any other way than via the site. So don't ask for (or give) email addresses, phone numbers etc.
- Don't ask for nudity in the Free chats.
- DON'T BE RUDE to our Chathosts or other users.
- Don't ask our Chathosts for anything illegal.
» Do I need to chat or can I just watch?
Well.. we don't think it's very polite to stare at someone without saying anything. Don't worry… our Chathosts won't bite. Just say hello and talk about the weather or something. You can type your text in the white area at the bottom of the chatbox. Don't forget to press Enter after you typed your text
» What if the Chathost doesn't do what I ask in a Show?
Always find out with the Chathost what they will do and won't do first. Again, these are real girls and guys and some of them like things that others don't.
If you are unsure, just ask them while in the Free Chat. They will tell you what they will do and won't do in a Show. If you are looking for something particular and that person doesn't do it, look for someone else.
There are many different Chathosts and there will be one that will fit your particular liking.

» What is the difference between Free Chat, Nude Chat and a 1on1 Chat?
Free chat is available for everyone. You can enjoy a Live Video feed and Interact with the chathosts.
However chathosts will not go nude for you in the free chat so please do not ask them to get undressed.
If you want to see some hot steamy nude action then a Nude Chat or a 1on1 Chat is for you!

Yes, if you would prefer a more private show you can take our Chat Hosts One to One this will insure that you are in the chatroom with only the chat host that you have choosen.

» How much does a Nude Chat or a 1on1 Chat cost?
Each chathost sets up their price per minute themselves so each show can have a different price.
There are shows for as low as 0,99 credits per minute! Just browse through our chathosts and find one you like.
» How do I end/exit my TOPCAMS Shows?
You will end a Nude Chat or 1on1 Chat as soon as you leave that page by going for example to the biopage or any other page. You are instantly disconnected from the show.
» What happens if I am accidentally disconnected during a show?
If you get disconnected during a show, your time will automatically stop and you will no longer be charged. Just reconnect and rejoin the show of your choice when you get reconnected.
» What is Cam2Cam and how do I use it?
Cam2Cam allows you to show yourself to the chathost while you are watching the chathost during a show. How hot is that?!
This is only available for paid chat and you need to have a webcam connected to your computer of course. Also the latest Flash plugin is needed.
When you enter a paid show you will see a button to start up the Cam2Cam feature. This is totally free, there are no extra charges!

» What is Sneak Peek?
Sneak Peek allows you to watch a show ‘secretly' although the video stream will be much smaller than the real video stream of the show. It only costs 0,45 credits per minute!

» Why do some chathosts ignore me?
Some chathosts tend to ignore users who don\'t have enough credits. Although we think they should talk to you anyway, we leave that decision up to them. Chathosts cannot see how much credits you have. However, they can see if you have enough credits to spend a couple of minutes in the paid chat. Make sure to buy credits if you don\'t want to be ignored.
» What is the difference between a Hostess and a Chathost?
When you see a Hostess online she will be available to help you with any questions and or problems you may have with our site. They are not there to give any nude shows so please do not ask for that.

» what are credits?
Credits are the currency of tricams (3 credit approximately = 1 unit of currency - e.g. 1 US or 1 Euro) Credits can be used to enter “Nude” or “1on1 chat” or to “Tip” a chathost. If you really like how the performer is interacting with you, giving tips are a great way to let them know how much you enjoy them.

» When/how am I charged?
We will only charge your Credit Card if you buy Credits. When you have Credits, you will be able to access Private Shows. Before you go into a Private Show, you will see the 'per minute price' for that show. When you exit the Show, we will calculate the total amount by using the 'per minute price' and the time you were in the Show. We will then subtract this total amount from your Credits. If you go into a Free Chat, you will not be charged. Free Chats are 100% free.
» what is the Line of Credit
Line of Credit is a mechanism we have put in place to allow members with good standing have an un-interrupted chat. If you run out of credits. If you account is in good standing we will allow your account to go into negative credits and then bill your card on file to pay the balance. We charge a small additional fee of 1.5 credit for this service.

» How do I know how many credits I have left?
Login to our site (if you haven't already) and there will be various places where your balance is shown. For example, in the status box at the top right of every page.
» Which credit cards can I use to buy credits?
We allow purchases being made with either a Visa or Master Card.
» How can I manage my credit cards (view/edit/delete)?
You can manage your cards by going to the ‘My Account' page once logged in and clicking on the link you will find there.

» I don't have a credit card, can I still buy credits?
Unfortunately you can only purchase credits instantly with a credit card. We have a couple of manual ways to purchase credits but they will not be credited instantly. You should write to us at support@paymentserv.com if you wish to explore other purchase options.
» My credit card has been denied, why is that?
There can be several reasons why this has happened.
- Make sure your card is either a Visa or Master Card, we do not accept any other cards.
- Make sure your card has not expired.
- Have you used this card before and deleted it? Please contact customer support.
- Is your card registered to another account you may have opened previously? Please contact customer support via support@paymentserv.com
- some banks automatically block intenet transactions. If you believe your card should work we suggest you contact your bank to authorize transactions from "paymentserv.com"
» Why is there a daily / monthly limit?
To prevent fraud, all new user accounts have a Daily Limit of 2 Credit Card transaction(s) per day and a Monthly Limit of 1000 credits per month.

By faxing or emailing us the \"Limit Upgrade Request\", your Daily Transaction Limit will be removed and you can set the Monthly Limit to the amount you want.

» Is there an overview of all my transactions?
Yes, you need to be logged in and then go to the ‘My Account' page and you will find a link to all your credit card transactions and also a Paid Video History overview.

TOPCAMS will work with all browsers. You have to make sure you have Adobe Flash and your cookies enabled. The TOPCAMS system uses cookies to manage your sessions and it is needed for our site to operate.
